We offer advanced Anti SPAM filtering
technology based on SpamAssassin and relay block lists.
SpamAssassin uses a wide range of heuristic tests on mail
headers and body text to identify spam and calculates the
total hits of rules. Based on the value of hits it
classifies a message is legit email or spam. It also
integrates Relay Block List (also called SURBL) technologies and offers many other features
like the complete spam message and header reporting.
Email accounts hosted with us can have the SPAM messages
either only tagged or tagged and placed in a separate
folder.
Spam folders are a unique feature that stores spam messages
on the server in a special folder for each user.
Users have the ability to browse this folder and move
messages between the spam and any other folder on the
server.
The system supports also user configurable black and white
lists. Users are able to exempt certain domains or
addresses without requesting help from an administrator.
Administrators can create domain wide white lists affecting
all accounts within there domain. Even if you run
your own email server, you can utilize our Anti-Spam and
Anti-Virus technology for your domain. Inbound email can be
routed to our mail systems first even before it reaches
your systems. Our servers will than run a
comprehensive Antivirus scan and perform spam
tagging. Than all email will be forwarded to your
system. This process has 3 distinct advantages:
An
additional layer of virus filtering before email reaches your

A simple client side filter can than sort
the prescreened messages in to a folder of your choice.
In the below example the SPAM messages have been placed by a
rule in to the Outlook 2003 Junk e-mail folder.
The subject lines are tagged using the words [Spam] and a
rule can move the messages to any folder desired or deletes
the messages entirely.
